Requirements and Eligibility

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of the Certified Credit Analyst program requires successful completion of all courses and assessments within the curriculum.

Participants must also pass a final exam to earn the Certified Credit Analyst (CCA) designation. Participants are required to maintain ongoing continuing education to keep their CCA designation active.

ELIGIBILITY

The Certified Credit Analyst program is open to individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis may also be eligible to participate in the program, subject to approval by the Institute of Certified Credit Analysts.

Applicants must have a solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important traits for success in the program.
